Many people, of all nationalities, have realised their dream of buying

sun and are opting to purchase property in the Western Algarve, to live there permanently, to use as a holiday

| We have recently acquired our own launderette, which will be a
great asset to the company: this will not be open to the general public
and is for our own houses only, so there will be no worries
about when, or if, you will see your linen again. We always
employ our own maids, many of whom have been with us for several years,
for servicing the houses we look after and in general we try to keep the
same maids for each house so that owners see a familiar face and someone
who knows their house. We employ two Maintenance personnel who are able to keep up with the smaller running repairs to the villas. We obtain quotations for more serious problems which are passed to the owner for a decision. We are looking to enhance the rental aspect of the business in the coming 2014 season and are working with new agents as well as keeping the Jasmine Villas web site up to date. We also run various owners direct / holiday letting pages on behalf of some of our owners and are always interested in setting up new pages for owners interested in renting their homes during the summer months. As a leisure industry company, we can provide owners and guests with a variety of services, including babysitting, discounted tickets for days out and local attractions, cot, buggy and high chair hire, car hire, bicycle hire, taxi, or transfer bookings and a money exchange service. This year we started a rental of wifi units to owners and their guests and this has been extremely popular. Household Accounts: Owners are given a user name and their own password so that they can access their accounts on line at their own convenience. Funds can be transferred to top up the balance by either a UK sterling account or a Portuguese account. We are able to arrange Insurance and Third Party Liability cover for your house either through a local agent or a company in the UK. |
