Many people, of all nationalities, are deciding to buy homes in the Western Algarve, to live there permanently,  to use as a holiday home, or as an investment for their future retirement.
We at Jasmine Villas specialise in looking after properties of all kinds during their owner's absences. We inspect the property weekly, making regular reports about any defects and organising repairs; we settle utility accounts and monthly payments on behalf of the owner and if the house is to be rented we will arrange lettings, meet clients and look after them during their stay.

As we have our own industrial laundry in Burgau there are no worries about when,or if,  you will see your linen again. Also, we always employ our own maids, many of whom have been with us for several years, for servicing the houses we look after.
We are able to arrange Insurance and Third Party Liability cover for your house through a local agent and we send monthly accounts so that owners are kept up to date with their finances.
